Thai/Yoga Massage
Passive stretching
A type of deeply relaxing massage that will stretch joints while using gentle adjustments to move your body into yoga like poses. A mix of compression, and trigger point therapy used to release tension.
A Thai/Table Massage combo is recommended. The first portion you are in comfortable clothing on a Thai yoga mat. The second portion you are on the table for your custom massage.

Cupping
This is an ancient therapy in which special cups are placed on your skin in certain areas to create suction. The suction force expands and breaks open tiny blood vessels to aide in healthier blood flow stimulating healing on a cellular level. It can also help in releasing toxins. You can add cupping treatment to your massage.
